With over 25 years in the FM industry, Rob has developed and implemented software for PPM and the management of regulatory environmental data.

After working internationally, Rob setup Zeta Compliance Services Ltd in 1998 which expanded across the globe and became the benchmark regulatory PPM system, operating in seven languages and all industrial sectors.

After the sale of the Zeta group, Rob utilised his wealth of experience and turned his attention to creating Virtual Helpdesk and is central to the business development, strategy and product development.

Today, Chris continues to push the boundaries of technological advancement, leading a talented team of innovators at Virtual Helpdesk.
